The last Bridal and Wedding Expo in Tampa was a huge success! We had a lot of interest in our dresses. Thank you! We presented 6 different models so that every future bride could find something for herself. Below, we present the most frequently asked questions by brides for all of you who couldn't attend the expo or couldn't ask all the questions due to the crowds.

 

1. Where are we located?

Currently, we don't have a physical location, and our dresses can only be purchased online. We've developed a well-functioning process for obtaining very detailed measurements through virtual meeting or by providing thorough instructions on how to take measurements with the help of another person. 2. Do we offer plus-size dresses?

All our dresses are made to measure, so we offer plus-size options. Not every model is suitable for larger sizes, but most designs can easily be tailored to larger sizes.

 

3. Can we make dresses in colors other than white?

Currently, most of our dresses are white or ivory, occasionally with pink or peach accents or linings. If the fabric in another color is available, we're open to other color changes upon request. Please consult such special orders in advance via email or phone consultation.

 

4. What is the waiting period for dresses?

From the moment of purchasing the dress, we currently reserve a maximum of 6 months for its delivery to your home. Typically, the waiting period is much shorter – around 4 months. We can also expedite dress delivery for an additional fee if there's an urgent need.

 

5. What are the measurements taken for dress tailoring?

We take 26 measurements across various parts of the body. This number of measurements allows for the best possible fit when it comes to dress tailoring.

 

6. Where are our dresses made?

Our dresses are exclusively tailored in Europe. We don't have any workshops in China. We prioritize very high quality and precision in craftsmanship, which is why each dress is handmade by highly skilled seamstresses.

 

7. Can minor changes be made to the dress design?

Yes, we're open to minor changes in the design such as dress length, type of lace, sleeve style, sleeve length, neckline size. Please consult in advance.
